ai, carefully.

The AI world can feel like a jungle: new tools every week, new rules, big promises and real worries. We help organisations find their way through it at a pace that feels right, and build tools that fit how they work. The judgement stays human.

what we offer

ai audit

We come in as consultants and look at how each part of your organisation works. Then we show where AI would help and where it would not, which apps, tools or dashboards to build or buy, which rules apply to you, the data choices to make and the likely footprint, with a step-by-step plan. For organisations that are critical of AI, the honest advice can also be to wait, or to choose a smaller option.

build

Tools made to fit how you work, from a single helper to a dashboard for the whole organisation. Below is what we can build, department by department.

looked after

Every month we check how your AI tools behave, test them again after every model update, and report what they cost and use. Your tools keep improving instead of quietly going stale.

responsibility

Help with the rules, good practice, data protection and the footprint of AI. Built into everything we make, and also offered on its own. More below.

what we can build

A few examples by department. Every organisation is different, so the audit is where we find what fits yours.

communications

Social media posts and calendars in your own voice, newsletters, campaign material, websites, presentations without PowerPoint, recordings of meetings and events turned into notes and decks, and translation into many languages.

publications and reports

Reports that update themselves when the data changes, on-brand charts straight from a spreadsheet, editions in several languages, and illustration with our hands still on it.

management

One dashboard for the whole organisation, with projects, time, money and people in one place. A morning brief of what needs you today. A log of decisions and how they turned out.

admin and finance

Timesheets and invoicing, bookkeeping prepared from the bank feed, archives of documents and contracts you can search by meaning, and compliance records kept in order.

members, customers and visitors

An AI guide on your website, help with follow-ups and outreach, and a library of what people actually ask you.

everyday processes

Connecting the tools you already use, so things are typed in once and repeated steps run by themselves.

team knowledge

An AI colleague that answers from your own handbooks and procedures, and helps new people find their way.

we run it ourselves first

  • Ask Euro Canna, the AI guide on euro-canna.eu, our own hemp company. Live since July 2026, in English and Swedish, under strict food-law rules.
  • Ask Hemisphere, the guide on this site, in ten languages.
  • Kairos, the AI colleague in our own dashboard. The team keeps projects, time and budgets there, and Kairos helps with all three.
  • Themis, an AI legal colleague. It keeps a document archive in order, searchable and summarised, and always cites its sources.
  • Our own AI system, which pulls together our email, bookkeeping, web shop and calendar, and sends us a brief every morning.
  • This website in ten languages, and euro-canna.eu, both designed and built in-house.
  • In development: a publication engine that rebuilds reports when the data changes, and an illustration engine that keeps our own hand in the artwork.

what responsibility means

AI moves fast, and so do its rules. For us, responsibility means four things. They are built into what we make, and each can also be booked on its own.

the rules

Since August 2026 the EU AI Act requires that people are told when they are dealing with AI, and that AI-written texts published to inform the public are labelled, unless a person has edited them and takes responsibility. Staff who use AI need a basic understanding of it. Add data protection law, the new EU rules against vague green claims and the European Accessibility Act. We are not lawyers: we help you put the practical parts in place, with a check of the AI tools you already use, an AI-use policy and a session for your team.

good practice

A person approves anything that goes out. We test our tools against the known ways AI can be misled or leak data, keep records of what they do, and back up our systems every night, in two places. We can run the same checks on the AI tools you already use.

data protection choices

Where your data is stored, which AI provider handles it and where, how long anything is kept and who can see it. We explain the options plainly, from the large cloud providers to European hosting, help you choose what fits, and give you a list of suppliers and a data processing agreement. Our own websites run on a server we manage ourselves at GleSYS, a Swedish hosting company, in its data centre in Falkenberg, and we can set up the same for you.

the environmental footprint

AI uses energy and water, and the energy comes from somewhere. We help you estimate the footprint of your AI tools, reduce it by using the smallest model that does the job and fewer, smarter requests, and set your tools up to record their own use, so you can report it plainly. We never call AI green. We can also check your own environmental texts against the new rules.

prices

We don’t publish prices. Every quote is fitted to the organisation and what it needs. The best first step is a conversation.
